Imho you'd be best to stay balance until you hit 80. Just build up your resto set while you level and finish it out as balance. The amount of time spent on mobs while you're resto is going to be longer than if you were balance. I'm not saying you can't do it, it just takes longer.- Arex ~ Druid 搂 Ciant ~ Paladin Hello my fellow druids! I have been lurking the druid forums for awhile learning different things from others posts. I now have a question that I am needing help with. My druid is currently level 76 and is balance. I plan on going resto and healing at level 80, but I am pretty excited about healing and really debating on going resto now. I know that balance/feral would be the bet...
I had a Hunter a while ago (level 60 NE, Draka), and back then Survival was the PvP build. Obviously, with the Agi nerf, not so anymore. I'm planning on MM spec, and I don't need any help with spec or how to play Hunter...I've got that down cold. What I need to know is how pets have changed; I know about the attack normalization and all about the buff to pets that they take some of your stats, etc...It's the individual pets that concerns me. So, a few questions: Do most Hunters still use cats/wolves? If not, what types do they use? I've heard that Boars are amazing (literally eat anything and something about Charge...I quit my NE just as that was introduced). Are they w...
For PvE, I'd say your GM is full of crap. 10k Stamina isn't necessary for a hunter, especially at the expense of AP, Agi, and/or Crit. When I started fine tuning, it was Stam that went by the wayside. I started at like 9.5k Stam and shifted some gems to more AP/Agi/Crit and ended up with 8.7k or so Stam. But, in the process, my Crit bumped up to about 21 and my RAP jumped up so that with True Shot Aura and Aspect of the Hawk up, I'm right about 2k RAP. There's probably a couple more tweaks I should do to sacrifice a little more Stam for AP, Agi, Crit, too. Explain to your GM that a hunter's job is to deal out ranged dps, not take hits. Sacrificing AP for Stam isn't the way to go. I'd focus on gear/gems that are +AP, +Agi, or +Crit. You need enough Stam to take some hits, but you don't need to be in the tank range for Stam. The Felstalker set is close stat-wise to the gear you have. The one area where it exceeds your current gear is the gems. They would give you more flexibility to tweak your stats a bit. Base stats of the Felstalker set would add AP and Int to you, but sacrifice some Stam and Agi. Quick comparison of your vs. Felstalker would be -25 A...

Today's Sydney Morning Herald reports on a viral YouTube fad involving mash-ups of 2004 Adolf Hitler bio-pic Downfall. In one version the evil dictator gets banned from World of Warcraft (hit the video). In another der fuehrer is booted from Xbox Live. From the SMH:In yet another case of an online parody taking on a life of its own, hundreds of internet jokers are dubbing over a scene from the film Downfall,...
Right, i mean obviously theres no way you are going to go thru the game and find perftly balaed gear for what you want. But generally if one item has Mp5 and the other does not...the stats on the item lking Mp5 are going to be better, assuming the item is of the same iLevel. Mp5 isnt bad if the item is a raw upgrade in spellpower, int, rit. But dont go out of your way to get a Mp5 Trinket or something like that. When I dinged 80 I was in my SWPT6 gear. So about 1450 sp, 15%rit and 13-14k mana and it was pretty tense healing. Felt like I was healing Brutallus. By 1600 I was fe...

Page 2 With Battle.net, Diablo and WOW behind them, it's probably fair to suggest that PC gamers have spent more millions of hours on Blizzard's games than any other company's. Which is mental. With that in mind, we recently spent an hour chatting to three team leads on the original, now all working inside Blizzard on StarCraft II.They are Frank Pearce, the executive vice-president in charge of product development (he oversees all the new games); Bob Fitch, the lead software engineer (he makes the engines and decides on game features); and Sam Didier, senior art director (he makes the world look o-so-pretty, and recently spoke to EG MMO about WOW). In line with their history of fantasy roleplay, if anyone fancies LARPing this, Frank Pearce's voice suggests a paternally-growling Tauren, Bob Fitch is an tinkering Gnome alchemist, and Sam Didier is some sort of excitable Goblin with ten tonnes of hi-ex strapped to his endlessly-whirring noggin.Eurogamer:
Let me take you back to the original product, back to your childhood. It's 1998, Warcraft and Warcraft II have been successes, there's a lot riding on StarCraft and there's problems in development. People are calling it Warcraft in Space, it had a slightly negative aspect at preview, and it took a lot longer than you thought it would do; how does it feel to look back on the pain you went through to birth this amazing product?Sam Didier:
[Sam immediately starts corpsing in the background, presumably at the image of himself giving birth.]Never bring... well, anything else to a siege tank fightFrank Pearce:
Back when the impression was orcs in space, it was mainly the visuals that saved it, so Sam should handle this.Sam Didier:
[Stifling giggles] When we first worked on SC, when we first showed it at CES, we didn't have the look set.Bob Fitch:
And we were also trying to use the first engine for it.Sam Didier:
And we basically too...
Looking For a range of gifts for all occasions? Look no Further than Prestwich Pharmacy! Last week I was stressing over what to buy for my sister's baby's Christening, as I was being Godparent and also my friend had just got engaged and I needed to find an appropriate gift for her too. A friend told me to go to Prestwich Pharmacy at The Longfield Centre. I thought that it was odd to find gifts in a Pharmacy but went along to have a look anyway. Wow what a fantastic shop! It is definitely 'State of The Art' it's large bright, airy and ultra modern, the staff are friendly and helpful and they have an amazing gift section which caters for a whole range of people and occasions! Its actually a lot like a small department store with sections like glass wear and ornaments, cosmetic gift sets, jewellery, watches, gifts for weddings, new babies, christenings, and special birthdays. I spent along time browsing with no pressure from sales staff, but when I did ask for help they were lovely and helped me choose appropriately. The Jewellery is varied from some gold and silver pieces to inexpensive costume items in a variety of colours and tastes, to accompany the jewellery they have other accessories like belts and scarves which make great birthday presents and a fabulous range of Susie Smith handbags which I fell in love with and have an eye on for my Christmas present from my hubby! For those of you with young daughters there are lovely items for bedrooms, mobile charm...
There are many races in the World of Warcraft. Alliance and Horde are two fractions of ten different races. Race determines the character's appearance, starting location, and initial skill set, called "racial traits". Dwarf race is consists in Alliance. There are many more races in Alliance like Humans, Night Elves, Gnomes and Draenei. Orcs, Tauren, Undead, Trolls and Blood Elves are consists in Horde. Draenei and Blood Elf characters were introduced in The Burning Crusade, and require that expansion in order to be created. There are two types of characters in the game- Player Characters (PCs, or simply "characters") and Non-Player Characters (NPCs). In addition to the ten playable races there are many NPC races including (but not limited to) Goblins, Ogres, Murlocs, and Naga. The dwarves start in Coldridge Valley, an area of Dun Morogh closed off by mountains. Their capital city is Ironforge. Ironforge dwarves are stout and powerful, with short muscular bodies. Male dwarves tend to have long hair, and beards or facial hair often tied in ornate braids. Female dwarves also have sturdy muscular frames, but they are buxom and lack facial hair, despite the claims of some of the less educated sages of other races. The average dwarf stands between 4 feet and 5 feet in height and weighs between 140 to 160 pounds. They speak Common and Dwarvish. The dwarves of Ironforge are a proud, stern and determined people with streaks of kindness hidden under the gruff exteriors of their sturdy frames. Their love for battle, invention and exploration impels them ever forward to discover and unearth the myste...
