I had a Hunter a while ago (level 60 NE, Draka), and back then Survival was the PvP build. Obviously, with the Agi nerf, not so anymore. I'm planning on MM spec, and I don't
need any help with spec or how to play Hunter...I've got that down cold.
What I need to know is how pets have changed; I know about the attack normalization and all about the buff to pets that they take some of your stats, etc...It's the individual pets that concerns me.
So, a few questions:
Do most Hunters still use cats/wolves?
If not, what
types do they use? I've heard that Boars are amazing (literally eat anything and something about Charge...I quit my NE just as that was introduced). Are they worth going out of my way to tame early?
What's the deal with Gore? Is it a worthwhile replacement for something I'd need on a Boar/Ravager?
What pets are going to keep hate off me once I start popping Multi and Aimed Shot crits? Will I need my cat's DPS, or is there a better hate manager than that?

And I see an edit function but not a delete post option... ARGH!, one of those days!I noticed some items on this site, have a submit photo option... When I click on this it says file is too
large for my mailbox to open - this is happening when I just try to load the address and info of where to send it. It is not from me trying to attach some huge un-reduced picture or anything. So then I see also on the left column the Submit Information, yet that got returned to me as an undeliverable email address.
Any ideas? Thanks
